Bonnie An Henderson M.D is a Clinical Professor at Tufts University School of Medicine and a partner at Ophthalmic Consultants of Boston. Her career focus and research has been on education. Additional awards include an Achievement Award and Secretariat Award by the American Academy of Ophthalmology, and "Best of” awards from the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery for her research and films. Her previous books include Essentials of Cataract Surgery (SLACK Incorporated), which is widely used in training programs in many countries, and A Complete Surgical Guide for Correcting Astigmatism (SLACK Incorporated; co-author J.P.
