This world we are living is in the verge of a stupendous crisis. Pieces, Pieces, Pieces ... stitch them together with the threads of non-violence, love and equality. Ah, hah! Beautiful dress of peace. What is peace? The most beautiful thing the world can think of or can make. Is it true? We don´t know, but it´s a great thing to reach for. This world is a canvas. We are the different colors and textures on it. The same colors are thoughtfully and wonderfully made and should be painting be a single color, it would surely be uninteresting and without interpretation. With our difference, be it color, shapes, sizes or beliefs, we bring meaning to the entire painting. But now our difference is a cause for disunity and conflicts. This book "Pieces in the Peace” contains five poems based on the happenings of today. It put forth the call for peace and not pieces, bringing out the groaning of children and women. `We want peace in the world, not pieces´.Some think that it is a normal process for the land to pass through different people in its history. While some are now thinking otherwise. It has to be in hands of some people anyway, even it is creating some pieces in the processes.
