Colorectal cancer is a malignant tumor with high morbidity and mortality. A growing body of evidence indicates that natural products can modulate various molecular pathways involved in cancer initiation and progression. The principal goal of the current study was to investigate the antitumor efficacy of the selected extracts against colon cancer in vivo. Our results suggested that Curcuma longa , Boswellia serrata and Rosmarinus officinalis promising therapeutic role against colon cancer through their potential anti-inflammatory, antiproliferative and apoptotic properties.
