Daniela Baglieri is Full Professor in Strategic Management at the University of Messina (Italy) where she serves as Vice President for Innovation and Technology Transfer. Visiting scholar at Carlson Management School (University of Minnesota, US), Grenoble Ecole de Management (France) and Texas A&M University (US), she received her Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of Catania (Italy) and a Master of Science in "Management of Innovation” from Sant´Anna School of Advances Studies, Pisa (Italy). Her research interests include technological innovation and patent analysis, new ventures and business models, high tech clusters dynamics.

Concetta Metallo, Ph.D., is Associate Professor of Organization Theory and Information Systems at University of Naples "Parthenope" (Italy). Her research focuses on Information Systems and organizational behaviour topics. She has a special interest in the study of ICT acceptance and usage behaviour and ubiquitous technologies such as social media.

Cecilia Rossignoli is Full Professor of Organization Science at the University of Verona (Italy). Previously she served as Assistant Professor at the Catholic University of Milan. She is member of the faculty of the Graduate School Graduate School of Economics and Management (Gsem), Ca' Foscari University Venice, University of Padua, University of Verona. Her research and teaching interests cover the area of Information System and organizational change, the role of IS in inter-organizational information systems, electronic markets and the impact of Business Intelligence Systems within the organizations. On this subject she has published more than 100 papers and books.

Mario Pezzillo Iacono is an Assistant Professor of Organization Studies, Second University of Naples (Italy). He has a PhD in Organization Design and Human Resource Management from the University of Molise. He was a Visiting Scholar at Cardiff Business School. His research and scientific interests are focused on organizational control, the relationship between IS and organizational design, diversity and identity regulation and Knowledge Management.
