Guillermo Antonio (Tony) Smart is a Pastor, Bible preacher, and teacher. For over 25 years he has labored to deliver the rich invigorating truths of the Word of God to many parts of the world. He is the founding pastor of Victory Baptist Church of Tampa, Florida.

In recent years the family, and in particular, the Judaeo-Christian concept of this institution has come under attack by forces seeking to re-define it or subvert it.
