Bruce A. Walters is an assistant professor of management at Louisiana Tech University. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Texas at Arlington. His current research interests include competitive advantage in dynamic environments, top executive characteristics, corporate governance mechanisms, strategic decision processes, and business ethics. Zaiyong Tang is an assistant professor of computer information systems at Louisiana Tech University, USA. He obtained his Ph.D. in MIS from the University of Florida; an M.S. from Washington State University; an M.E. from Chengdu University of Science and Technology; B.E. from Chongqing University, P.R. China.
