YI-chen Lan is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Computing and IT, University of Western Sydney. Dr. Lan holds a Bachelor of Commerce - Computing and Information Systems (Honors) Degree and a PhD Degree from the University of Western Sydney in the area of Global Transitions. Dr. Lan teaches information systems and management courses in both undergraduate and graduate levels. Bhuvan Unhelkar has 22+ years of strategic and hands-on professional experience in the field of Information and Communication Technologies. He is an internationally known expert in the field of software modeling and processes with four books, numerous papers and many consulting and training assignments to his credit.
