"This is an excellent review of pain procedures. Complications are important aspects of informed consent. No book will prepare a physician better for getting an informed consent than this one does and no book will better inform a physician how to safely do high-risk pain procedures. This is a worthwhile read for any pain practitioner."- Tariq Malik, MD (University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine) 5 star Doody Rating!
