He has published 15 research papers in international journals and conference. His current area of interest are numericalprotection of power system & recent developments in switchgear.

Manan Desai ha conseguito il B.Tech (Ingegneria Elettrica) presso l'Università Tecnica del Rajasthan (RTU) e il M.E. (Power System) presso l'Università Tecnologica del Gujarat (GTU). Ha pubblicato 15 lavori di ricerca in riviste e conferenze internazionali. La sua attuale area di interesse è la protezione numerica del sistema di alimentazione e i recenti sviluppi nel campo dei dispositivi di commutazione.
