NORMAN HENRY III is a retired DuPont Senior Research Chemist and Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH). JAMES P. ZEIGLER is former Principal Investigator from DuPont Protection Technologies and currently provides expert consulting in chemical and biological protective clothing.
