Organic chemistry is one of the fundamental disciplines within chemistry, since its study allows the development and optimization of processes to obtain a wide variety of essential products in our daily life. Given its wide range of applications, this area is directly present in multiple industries, such as textile manufacturing, soap and hygiene products, drug production and the development of processed foods, among others. Therefore, it is crucial to approach its study from both a theoretical and practical approach, since experimentation facilitates the understanding of the concepts, allowing to consolidate the acquired knowledge and overcome possible difficulties that arise when approaching them only from a theoretical perspective.
