Milambu Mbaya Liévain, born September 22, 1979 in Kolwezi, is a Congolese specialist in organizational communications. With a degree in Information and Communication Sciences, he is a second-term assistant and holds the position of principal assistant to the Academic General Secretary at the Institut Supérieur des Arts et Métiers in Mbujimayi.
