During the three years provision has been made for the erection of five modern high-school buildings. Two of which have been finished, equipped, and occupied; one will be ready for occupancy in September and another wil be constructed at an early date. The fifth, in San Juan. Is being delayed for various reasons. Many new buil inge have also been erected for graded and rural schools.
